Tariffs


Aldwick Lodge is available for weekly rentals only during July and August from Friday to Friday.

The rest of the year, Friday - Monday weekends or Mon - Friday mid week breaks are available.

 

To calculate short breaks of 3 nights or over, use the following percentages of the weekly tariff as seen in the table below - 3 nights 75%, 4 nights 80%, 5 nights 85% and 6 nights 90%.

 

We do consider short term lets (over one month). Please make enquiries for any variations on dates and terms as we aim to be flexible.

Booking Conditions

  1. Please check availability before completing the Enquiry Form by telephoning Morag Bouterse on 01243-267445/07813158445 or email: moragbouterse@hotmail.com
  2. A 50% deposit must be received within 3 working days to secure your holiday.
  3. The balance of the tariff may be paid on arrival. Deposits can be paid by cheque payable to Mrs M K Bouterse, or direct into a bank account. (Details available upon request).
  4. Cancellations – A minimum of 6 weeks notice is required. Up until this point, we will refund the deposit if we are able to re-book the whole period. After the balance has been paid, we regret we are unable to make any refunds, unless we are able to re-let the whole period. If we are successful, we will refund in full, less a 10% cancellation charge.
    We recommend to all our guests that they take out their own holiday insurance.
  5. All bookings are from 3.00 p.m. on the date of arrival until 10.00 a.m. on the date of departure.
  6. All guests are expected to leave the lodge clean and tidy when vacating. Keys will be given to you on arrival, and collected on departure.
  7. You must report and pay for any damage, loss or breakages in the lodge during your stay.
  8. Only guests named on the booking form are permitted to stay.
  9. Payment of the deposit is taken as accepting these conditions.
